We have had major issues since 1pm yesterday with our internet & shop phone ..

It’s an issue with our provider (BT)
It’s out of our hands and hoping to be resolved by Monday , much to our frustrations and endless conversations this is where we are currently at .
The phone has now been diverted to tracy’s number .
