As a holistic therapist my aim is to help people find comfort in their own body. I am based in Leighton Buzzard.
I offer massage, yoga and scar therapy from my home treatment room in Leighton Buzzard. Please note, due to covid I am not currently offering any mobile massage treatments, all appointments are in my treatment room in Leighton Buzzard. I offer holistic and pregnancy massage treatments as well as Neals Yard facials and products both mobile (in your home or office) and in my home based treatment roo
I have been teaching Jonathan Turner yoga for around 3 years, today we switched roles and I became the student! Thanks for a really fun session!

There's a sadness to fathers day today as we lost Dave's dad Tom last week. Tom was such a special person to all of us, he absolutely embraced me into his family from the moment we met and has been the most loving grandad to our boys. My own dad died 10 years ago and I can't help feeling his loss all over again along with the loss of Tom. To all the dads out there, have a special day, hug your family tight. To those feeling a loss, my heart is with you. This picture is a much happier day 11 years ago when we managed 4 generations together on fathers day!
I think I am ready?! We'll find out I guess... 108 sun salutations here I come!

Hanging out at the community market telling everyone about all the wonderful things we offer at The Rocci Tree yoga studio! Even in the rain there was a lovely vibe about town.
