I’m so sorry if you’ve had about 50 messages from me this month moving and swapping your appointments! 🤣
With training next week and a holiday this month, it’s been a bit of a juggling act trying to fit everyone in. I may have slightly underestimated the fact that all of my Dual Injector Pro members would need FOUR appointments each instead of one… but hey, we move! 😂
So… here’s my final August availability… although I can’t make any promises it won’t change again but I’m putting some Sunday shifts in to accommodate everyone. I’ll keep posting any cancellations if they come up.

Today I caught myself apologising for not wearing makeup.
I found myself saying, “Please excuse my face,” explaining that I’d had a bit of a flare up since being so congested a couple of weeks ago in the picture above so I’ve been wearing less makeup than normal.
Then I looked back at this video from a few months ago.
Back then I was exhausted, stressed, and probably putting myself last. I’d often go all day without eating, even though the food I did eat was healthy and free from ultra-processed ingredients. I’d then end up having sugary treats at the weekend because I was running on empty.
Fast forward to now…
For almost two months I’ve been making a conscious effort to look after myself. I’ve been prioritising protein, exercising most days, eating more consistently, and carving out time for self care whenever I can.
And although today I was worrying about a bit of scarring and a few under the skin spots because my period is due, when I compare my skin to this video, the difference is incredible.
It really made me realise how easy it is to overlook our own progress because we’re always chasing the next improvement.
Healthy skin isn’t just about what you put on it. You can invest in the most advanced skincare in the world, but if you’re stressed, run down, under-fuelling your body or your gut isn’t happy, your skin will often let you know.
Real results take consistency. They take patience. They take looking after yourself from the inside as well as the outside.
