I have been practising Reiki healing for 17 years and was awarded an HNC in Complementary therapies in 2008. I am qualified in the following:

Complementary therapy has always interested me. After suffering for years with panic attacks, anxiety and lower back pain. I decided to try reiki healing. Not only did I feel instantly calm as I fell into a deep state of relaxation, my anxiety had disappeared and the relief from the pain was amazing! I was cured after only a couple of sessions. I was so elated by the results. I then decided I would like to be able to share this gift with others so I decided to train and learn about this fascinating practise. This treatment not only helps with physical problems by alleviating pain, but helps with mental and emotional issues often scarring the body from the past. Reiki allows stagnant negative energy to be dispersed allowing the body to re-energise as positive energy is poured into the recipient. It is very rewarding to see my clients at the end of the session as they appear so relaxed, happy and contented. I also used to practise reiki everyday on my bearded collie 'Sunny'. He developed arthritis when he was only two years old. His prognosis was not good after being referred to a specialist, he told me to see how the following year would go. However, my dog lived until he was 9 and really defied all the odds. I really believe this healing energy helped him. He loved having his daily sessions of reiki and used to fall instantly into a deep sleep often snoring very loudly! Our house is in a very peaceful semi-rural location away from any traffic enabling you to fully relax in peace without any distractions. For your protection and in line with government guidelines I have ensured my room is fully sanitised, all bedding is removed and washed at 60 degrees between clients, PPE will be worn and hand sanitizer provided and other safety measures taken. Along with online COVID questionnaires and consultation forms to be completed prior to treatment. Hi everyone I have two appointments available tomorrow (Wednesday) at 🌸 10am and 430pm.
Maybe you’d like to treat yourself to a 30 minute Aromatherapy face and scalp massage. This can be combined with either a 30 minute Back, neck shoulder massage, or a foot massage
Or a Reiki session for the ultimate relaxing experience. This 60 minute combination treatment is £50.
Alternatively other treatments are available too:
Swedish /Aromatherapy/ or Hot stone massage/ Reflexology/ or Reiki healing.

Hello everyone I took this photo last week while I was up Calton Hill. As I watched the sun setting, there was a fantastic violinist playing beautiful classical music, and for a few moments, everything just seemed to slow down.
It made me realise how easy it is to get caught up in the fast pace of everyday life, always thinking about the next thing on the to-do list, and how often we forget to stop and appreciate the simple beauty that’s all around us.
If life has been feeling a little overwhelming lately, perhaps it’s time to give yourself that opportunity to pause, recharge, and restore with a relaxing and soothing treatment.
