A little appreciation post for my lovely clients 🤍

I just wanted to say something from the heart because sometimes I don’t think you realise just how much I genuinely care about each and every one of you.

I will bend over backwards to accommodate my clients. I’ll open early, work late, work weekends, fit people in around my days off and even work on my landing days because I genuinely want to help where I can. I always try my absolute best to make things work for you, even when it means making things difficult for myself.

Of course, sometimes life happens and there may be the odd occasion where I can’t accommodate someone or something doesn’t go to plan. Please know that it is never because I don’t value you or your custom.

I think sometimes, when you give so much of yourself to your business and your clients, it can be a little disheartening when one small inconvenience can make someone forget all the times you’ve gone above and beyond for them.

I’m not saying this for sympathy or to make anyone feel guilty — I just want you to know that behind The Beauty Hub is a real person who genuinely cares, works incredibly hard and appreciates every single person who chooses to book with me. 🤍

I’m so grateful for the clients who have supported me, trusted me and stuck with me through the busy times, the quieter times and everything in between.
