Because there are SO many little things that can completely change a client’s experience that you don’t necessarily learn when you’re learning treatments, skin conditions and protocols.

A lot of it is just from being in the room, working with different clients and paying attention to what makes someone feel really looked after. And honestly, some of these things have made just as much of a difference to my client experience as the actual treatment itself. If you’re new to the industry, save this one, and if you’ve been doing this for years, I’m sure you’ll have your own little things you’ve picked up along the way too🫧✨
