This massage starts with the back, here knots are eased out and the stress and pressure of daily life fade. I will then move onto the back of the legs, front of the legs, abdomen, arms and finish with the face. This massage lasts approximately an hour and costs £30. This massage concentrates on the area where the majority of people carry their stress. The massage here is concentrated on these areas so all the knots in the muscles can be eased out. Reflexology. The organs and the glands of the body are mapped out on the soles of the feet. By massaging specific areas on the foot it will have have the effect on the corresponding part of the body. This is a non invasive treatment and an excellent MOT of the body. This treatment lasts approximately 50 minutes and costs £30. Indian head massage
This particular massage is very invigorating. It contains fast paced moves which help energize and stimulate the patient. The massage begins with a neck back and shoulder massage which will help warm up the muscles as well as remove any built up toxins. The scalp is then massaged using a jasmin hair oil which in an excellent conditioning treatment. The massage ends with a lymphatic drainage massage to the face. This massage lasts approximately 50 minutes and costs £30. Hopi ear candles. Hopi ear candles are very beneficial for anyone who suffers with their sinuses, head aches or a build up of ear wax. A back massage opens this routine as it aids in relaxing of the patient. I then move onto a lymphatic drainage massage to the face- this helps move any toxins towards the bodies main drainage points. One candle at a time is lit and allowed to burn down in its own time. the candles are hollow and once lit in the ear create a warm vacuum of air which draws out any excess wax and moisture from the ear canal. This massage can last between 45-60 minutes (times vary depending on candle burn time) and costs £30. Hot stone massage
Hot stones are used to perform the massage across the whole body. The heat of the stones helps open the muscle tissue more so they are penetrated deeper thus making the massage a more intense experience. This can be performed on either the full body which will last 90 minutes and cost £50 or the neck, back and shoulders which lasts 60 minutes and costs £30. I use aromatherapy oils in all of my massages. I tailor make blends to tackle specific problems the patient has.
