So proud of myself for completing the 28 days gratitude practice’The Magic’! I can honestly say I have never felt more positive! I was grateful before but did spend a lot of time worrying about and thinking about what I didn’t have. I realised that I was, therefore, living in lack energy a lot, which would only attract more lack to me. Thank you son much Mindset/Law of attraction/positivity/confidence for recommending this and for the worksheets!
It is now part of my routine so I think I will just continue with it: doing the ten things to be grateful for each morning and then I am going to repeat the 28 days activities from 1st September 💜😀🙏

September is like a 2nd New Year : a fresh start with the return of routines and the kids going back to school. But what about YOU? Why not make September a fresh start for you too? A time to make your wellbeing a priority? I have appointments available this week coming & throughout September. DM me to book in.
