It’s abysmal that people think it’s acceptable maybe my heightened sense of loyalty with adhd but I adore all my gorgeous clients I’m so grateful for you all some of my clients are closer than family

I’m happy to change appointments not a problem but as a mum of 4 only working one day a week over the summer holls it’s an out and out joke

3 clients cancelled yesterday I get it we’re all busy women and two out of the three were respectful that again is not a problem I would prefer 24 hours notice girls if possible but these ladies are booked back in I get it sometimes life gets crazy

But there’s NO EXCUSE for this client being late so I rearranged ladies then cancelled is just not fair and then didn’t pay a cancellation fee just blocked me

How embarrassing!
(FYI this client was not a mum with young children just a crack pot who apparently booked the wrong aesthetician yet had been txting me for a week)

Anyway girls I will be finishing the summer with some nice little back to school offers for the amazing mamas who have held the fought these last 6 weeks
