Using an all-natural crochet method, Yolanda creates new/starter locs, repairs and tidies locs and can install natural extensions to extend the length. With over a nine year's experience working with different hair types Lioness Locs is a friendly and professional service creating a head of healthy, happy locs for you with care, attention and love for your locs. Yolanda can create new locs from your hair, attach extensions or tidy, maintain and repair your existing locs. Clients can benefit from having their hair worked on whilst relaxing in comfort. Locking tools include:
~ Tiny crochet hook for securing and tightening locs and pulling in loose hairs
Options for extensions :
~ human-hair locs
~ synthetic locs (single or double ended)
~ wool locs
~ synthetic hair braided in
Extensions can be fitted permanently and securely to be kept in or fitted in a way that makes them easy to remove when required. My studio is in Vauxhall not far from Liverpool city centre. I pulled in any loose hairs, sorted the fuzzies, knotted up his regrowth, tightened and strengthened some thinning locs where it was needed. His locs are all neat and ready.

As some of you know I've had quite a transformational time over the last year and posting on this account has taken a backseat. I've still been busy working on your antennas and have welcomed some lovely new clients to my studio too as well as seeing all my returning regulars. Big appreciation to all of you for trusting me and choosing me. It's an honour and a pleasure to do this work and see the transformation.

Maintenance for my returning client. The lighting was too dark to photograph the extra row of locs with extensions I added, you can see them in the reel before this image.
Always great to see how the locs are shaping up and to catch up with my lovely clients 💚
My client also pulled some Oracle cards from my selection of decks to gain insights on her journey. This is an option for all of my clients if you wish for some guidance from the cards.
We had plenty of herbal teas to keep up going and relaxing music to create a serene space.
