Cups - Two Ways!
Depending on the result I want to achieve, cups can be left in place (like the top row), or a single cup can be moved to lift and manipulate the soft tissues (the bottom)- not very dissimilar to a deep-tissue massage 😁

Yes!! After almost 6 weeks off with a broken foot 🤦🏼♀️ I am back in clinic from next week!
I have a few spaces available on Wednesday 15th, and return to a full working day on the 22nd 😁
