Re-Set-Pause
I am Eleonora, a qualified Ayurveda Yoga Massage therapist and Yoga Teacher based in East London
Once a month I book a massage or organise a swap with a massage therapist. This month I received a massage from Suze aka and I am already booking another one with her in July. Her touch is very powerful!
When it comes to massage I practice what I preach, which is why I am so confident when I tell you that having a massage every month makes a massive difference.
And if you think it is too expensive check Re-Set-Pause membership. You will have no more excuses!

You need more than a fan, you need to stay calm!
If only I knew when I first stepped on the mat, the power that was waiting in those asanas. That moving the body was just the doorstep to something so much deeper. A practice that would quietly take over every aspect of my life.
Wellbeing is political!
In Ayurveda, joints have their own natural lubrication system. When imbalance builds through dryness, cold, age or overuse, that lubrication depletes, and you feel it in your knees and elbows as stiffness, cracking sounds, rough dark skin.
According to Ayurvedic classical texts warm oil applied directly to joints is one of the oldest practices. The oil massage mimics the joint’s natural fluid to reduce internal friction, brings nutrients to cartilage which has no direct blood supply, softens connective tissue and fascia, deeply nourishes the thick dry skin of elbows and knees, calms nerve endings around the joint, and stimulates lymphatic drainage to support detoxification.
I use sesame oil and i massage in circular motions directly over the joint a couple of times a week.
Stay hydrated!

Today journaling inspo: what kind of life would my body feel safe inside?
A massage doesn’t fix grief, PTSD or any mental health condition. But what it does is make you feel your body again, which is often what people disconnect from when they experience any of the above.
And it can feel very scary, because initially when you stop and stay still the mind accelerates. But then the nervous system starts self regulating, and slowly, slowly your mind decelerates enough to allow you to feel your body grounding, feel the pressure on your skin, and a sense of presence. Of present. When things feel a little less overwhelming, at least for a moment. A short relief.
