3 actual signs of filler migration (not the made-up ones online 🙄)
1️⃣ The Homer Simpson shadow. If filler has moved up into the moustache area — that’s migration. ✅
2️⃣ Loss of Cupid’s bow definition. If you naturally HAD a defined Cupid’s bow and lost it = red flag. If you never had one? That’s just your anatomy, babe.
3️⃣ The sausage lip effect. Tricky one — depends on natural lip movement. If your lips used to move expressively and now they don’t = sign of overfilling. Some people (like me) naturally don’t move their top lip much. That’s NOT migration.

3 things no one’s telling you about nose filler. 🤫
1️⃣ It’s one of the HIGHEST risk areas to inject. Don’t let that scare you but please research your injector. The blood supply is complex. You want someone who can act fast in a complication.
2️⃣ The industry says 6–12 months. Science says different. Studies show nose filler can last YEARS — or fade quickly. It depends on YOU.
3️⃣ Overfilling = a BIGGER nose. The right amount makes it look smaller. Too much makes it bulbous, longer, heavier. Your injector should be telling YOU when to stop. Not the other way around. 🚫
