I offer TMJ treatments designed to release tension stored in the jaw. This includes massage, acupressure and trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to the jaw (intra-oral). I take a whole body approach as I believe the bodily systems to be interconnected. Through consultation we can explore your symptoms and focus on your needs. I always include techniques to relax a tight scalp, neck and shoulders as well as the face.
