To everyone who has ever said, “I told my friend about you…” 🤍
THANK YOU.
Your trust is one of the biggest compliments you can give me.
I appreciate every single one of you more than you know 🫶🏼
There’s so much more to me than what I do for a living. 🤍
I love my career. I love aesthetics. I love teaching.
But I also love a good laugh, getting dressed up, being with my people and not taking life too seriously. 🥂😂
A little bit of everything, that’s my kind of chic ✨💉🫰🏼 what’s your kind of chic?
Part 2 🤎 Living with melasma on holiday
I know the sun can trigger my melasma, so I do everything I can to manage it : SPF, shade, hats and being mindful of my sun exposure.
But sometimes, despite everything I do, it still flares.
And I’m learning to accept that some days my melasma will be more noticeable than others and that’s okay. 🤍
I can still look after my skin, enjoy my holiday and embrace the fact that real skin isn’t perfect. ☀️
But what I do when I get home is a little different… 👀
Part 3 → I’ll show you what I do after a holiday to help get my melasma back on track.
Follow along so you don’t miss it 🤎
A little skin reminder from me 🤍
We spend so much time looking at perfect skin online that we forget what real skin actually looks like.
Pores are normal. Texture is normal. Your skin will have good days and bad days.
And no, you probably don’t need to buy every serum TikTok tells you is “life-changing” 😂
But looking after your skin isn’t just about skincare either. As an aesthetic nurse, I also believe in taking a proactive approach to skin ageing — and, when appropriate, treatments such as injectables can be part of that approach, alongside good skincare, sun protection and healthy lifestyle habits.
The goal isn’t to change your face or chase perfection. It’s about looking after your skin and ageing in a way that still looks like you. ✨
Healthy skin > perfect skin. Always. 🤍
Save this as your reminder before your next TikTok skincare purchase 😂
Summer is probably my most challenging time when it comes to my melasma. ☀️
I love being in the sun, but I also know how quickly my pigmentation can become more noticeable.
Over time I’ve learned that managing melasma is much more about consistency than looking for a quick fix.
I’m going to start sharing more about what has actually helped me, what I’ve stopped doing and how I manage my skin during summer. 🤍
If you have melasma too, you’re definitely not alone.

Found this photo from 2022 when I was celebrating reaching 50 followers 😂🤍
I remember being so excited — and looking back now, it makes me smile.
Four years later, there have been so many highs, challenges, lessons, changes and moments where I’ve wondered if I’m actually getting anywhere.
Instagram growth hasn’t happened as quickly as I’d imagined, but I’ve built so much in the process.
A little reminder to myself (and anyone else building something): slow doesn’t mean you’re not moving. 🤍
Here’s to the next chapter. ✨Do you believe slow growth is still growth? 🤍

Summer diary ☀️✨
Sun, sea, pasta, late nights, wedding days, sunsets and a little bit of that summer glow 🤍
As an aesthetic nurse, skincare and skin health are always going to be a big part of my life — even on holiday 😉
Hydration, SPF, good skincare, a little TLC… and yes, some of my favourite aesthetic treatments too ✨
Profhilo, skin boosters, polynucleotides & Botox are all part of my personal approach to maintaining fresh, healthy-looking skin — but the key is always a personalised plan and consistency.
Because the best aesthetic results should still look like you 🤍
Be honest… what’s your summer glow secret? 👀

📸 AFTER — REFRESHED & REFINED
A refreshed look created through strategic facial balancing, rather than simply adding volume.
Treatment focused on the cheeks, chin and gonial angles, with carefully placed filler to restore structure, enhance definition and create greater harmony between the upper, mid and lower face.
The cheeks were enhanced to provide more support and contour, while the chin and gonial angles were defined to create a stronger, more balanced lower face.
The result? A fresher, more sculpted appearance while maintaining natural facial proportions. ✨
📸 BEFORE — THE STARTING POINT
Before treatment, the face appeared softer and less defined, with some loss of structural volume through the cheeks.
The lower face had a broader, more square appearance, while the chin lacked projection and definition. The gonial angles were also less clearly defined, contributing to a softer transition through the jawline.
Rather than treating one isolated feature, the approach was to look at the face as a whole and identify where subtle structural enhancement could restore balance.
By addressing the cheeks, chin and gonial angles, we were able to create definition and proportion while keeping the result natural and individual to the patient. 🤍

summer glow ✨🫰🏼🇭🇷
Creating beautiful M-shaped lips isn’t about chasing volume—it’s about building it with precision and patience. 💉✨
The best results are rarely achieved in one appointment. Gradually adding small amounts of filler over multiple sessions allows the lips to adapt naturally, preserves their shape, and creates soft, balanced volume without looking overfilled.
With M-shaped lips, less is more. A staged approach enhances the natural contours, supports the Cupid’s bow, and delivers a result that’s elegant, long-lasting, and uniquely yours.
✨ Trust the process. Beautiful lips are built, not rushed.
