Just a little break from the norm…
When your hair is everything even the cards you receive are on a theme. This one made me chuckle so had to share.

We want to flaunt our curls in holiday so here’s a few simple tips to help (at least these are the things I do)
☀️Bamboo or satin pillowcase - protect your curls at night. It’s light to pack, helps with padding in the case and remember to get one that’s multicoloured so you don’t forget to bring it home again!
☀️Wide tooth comb - you might not need it, but good to have for any detangling particularly after a swim
☀️Swimming cap - they might not be the sexiest look but they really do protect your curls from chlorine & salt water
☀️Microfibre towel - simple to bring and helps combat frizz & dry tangles (also good for protecting gifts on the return journey)
☀️Deep cleansing shampoo - keep your hair clean for continuous healthy hair
☀️Leave in Conditioner - helps keep hair nourished, use before swimming to help protect your locks and doubles as a regular conditioner so you only need to bring one bottle
☀️Curl Control Serum - the GOAT styling product. Holds the curl, defines, fights frizz, smoothes & shines the hair strand, protects against UV & heat
☀️Pack light - no need for large bottles that might leak all over your favourite outfit

Alcohol has long been seen as bad for curly hair and for the most part for good reason.
But not all alcohols are bad, some forms are actually beneficial for us. It’s important to recognise the difference.
Short chain drying alcohols are not great, they’re the drying kind and cause frizz and brittle hair
Long chain fatty alcohols are actually very good for our curls and enhance softness, manageability and slip.
Use these simple cards to help identify the type of alcohol within your products and be aware of their purpose and impact.
Of course you’ll only find the Long Chain fatty (good) alcohols across our range - I’m sure we didn’t need to say that but it’s worth repeating.
