今年好想挑戰一下自己，憑住對喺天家嘅嫲嫲同姑媽嘅懷念，做番出回憶中的味道。好細個嘅時候，唔記得係幼稚園定小學，有一年嘅舊曆新年，嫲嫲帶咗我去當時住喺唐樓嘅姑媽屋企一齊整油角… 果一次就係我第一次整賀年「油器」嘅記憶。往後過年，我哋屋企對傳統習俗都越嚟越簡化，如果再唔保留就可能失傳。今次，試一次將呢個手藝傳承落去。
