đŸ‡”đŸ‡č Ana came to us from Portugal at one of the lowest points in her life.

She was coming out of a long burnout.

Her energy was gone.
Her confidence was gone.
She was at her heaviest weight ever.
And after a year without booking any acting work, she was starting to question everything.

Fast forward 12 months...

✅ Over 20lbs of body fat lost
✅ Stronger, leaner, more confident
✅ Consistent habits she can actually maintain
✅ More energy than she’s had in years
✅ Commercials, films, and TV series booked again

But the biggest transformation wasn’t physical.

It was mental.

The version of Ana that showed up every day, kept promises to herself, and slowly rebuilt her confidence became someone she barely recognised.

This photo has a deeper meaning


Me and Mimi managed to get a training session this week, which was actually my win of the week (on the Powerful Performer App we all post our wins in the family chat every Friday)

And of course I can’t resist after the session having a little naked picture

After posting, I got lots of nice comments (along with a few weird ones as per usual ) but here’s the thing


I’m prepping for a photoshoot next month and despite how I look (and the nice comments I got)

I feel absolutely dreadful 😂

❌extremely low energy

❌hungry all the time

❌And my sessions are sub par.

The only good thing that comes from being really lean is being really lean 😂

Everything else is dreadful.

I had a check in call with coach Corey this week (one of the Powerful Performer coaches) about my energy


And as I thought his reply was


“That is just the hard thing about being at the end of a diet”

If you’re dieting at the moment, my advice would, don’t let it go too far. Do it for a little bit, drop some fat then get out.

Don’t let it effect your wellbeing (like me)

Many influences will glorify being shredded but the truth is to get there and stay there you will feel dreadful.

Find the sweet spot and live there. There’s one but it’s different for all.

I’m probably one week past the sweet spot - the sweet spot being lean, good energy, not hungry and training sessions still feeling good đŸ‘ŒđŸŒ

Imagine standing on a West End stage
