đ”đč Ana came to us from Portugal at one of the lowest points in her life.
She was coming out of a long burnout.
Her energy was gone.
Her confidence was gone.
She was at her heaviest weight ever.
And after a year without booking any acting work, she was starting to question everything.
Fast forward 12 months...

Me and Mimi managed to get a training session this week, which was actually my win of the week (on the Powerful Performer App we all post our wins in the family chat every Friday)
And of course I canât resist after the session having a little naked picture
After posting, I got lots of nice comments (along with a few weird ones as per usual ) but hereâs the thingâŠ
Iâm prepping for a photoshoot next month and despite how I look (and the nice comments I got)
I feel absolutely dreadful đ
âextremely low energy
âhungry all the time
âAnd my sessions are sub par.
The only good thing that comes from being really lean is being really lean đ
Everything else is dreadful.
I had a check in call with coach Corey this week (one of the Powerful Performer coaches) about my energyâŠ
And as I thought his reply wasâŠ
âThat is just the hard thing about being at the end of a dietâ
If youâre dieting at the moment, my advice would, donât let it go too far. Do it for a little bit, drop some fat then get out.
Donât let it effect your wellbeing (like me)
Many influences will glorify being shredded but the truth is to get there and stay there you will feel dreadful.
Find the sweet spot and live there. Thereâs one but itâs different for all.
Iâm probably one week past the sweet spot - the sweet spot being lean, good energy, not hungry and training sessions still feeling good đđŒ
