A little update to our cancellation policy 🤍

Due to a significant increase in last-minute cancellations, we’ve had to introduce a new cancellation policy to help protect our small business and our appointment time.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of your booked treatment.

We completely understand that emergencies can happen, and we will always do our best to be fair where possible. However, last-minute cancellations leave us with little opportunity to fill the appointment, which has a big impact on our business.
