You don’t always need nose surgery to correct the nose shape to achieve symmetry. A Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty procedure using dermal filler, can augment the nose helping to achieve a more balanced and symmetrical shape.

For this client, we placed micro-droplets of Sub-Q filler across the middle of nose (dorset) to help straighten and smooth of the nose. We placed further filler in the tip area (for projection) to help pivot and lift the nose and give it structure to stay in place. Meticulous minimal injections needed for a subtle change.

Cheeks:
Using a cannula, we fanned in Sub Q filler throughout lower and upper cheek to produce subtle volume to enhance and correct symmetry.

Barbie nose non-surgical rhinoplasty:
A small injection of lighter filler into the tip of the nose to create that subtle lift, knows as the Barbie Nose/Barbie Tip/Button Nose.

Chin:
Small amount of filler injected to align to the lips and centre of face to complement overall heart shape facial contour.

Tear trough results / Are you suitable? 🤔
Important to understand this to avoid unwanted results.
Our client here was an ideal candidate for tear trough and the results look fantastic due to precise technique and understanding of the anatomy.
Signs of tear trough i.e. tear trough deformity are:
- Sunken eye area (trough like).
- Volume loss from inner eye (canthus) downwards to mid pupil.
- Dark shadows even with adequate rest.

Signs of minimal or no tear trough:
- No real volume loss
- Only visible fine lines
- Dark circles / pigmentation
- Elevated Cheeks (creating a false shadow)

Treatment:
- Thin viscosity dermal filler like Teoxane injected precisely above the orbital area in the ‘trough’ known as periobital rejuvenation.
- We use a cannula by injecting strategic droplets adding mild pressure to the targeted area for complete even dispersement.

We are also mindful of cheek descent and orbital retaining ligament which can make the eye area look tired but it’s not associated with tear trough in its entirety. A client may require upper cheek filler to correct this.

Johnathan has had lip enhancement before, however he wasn’t happy with his lower lip being smaller than his top lip and really enjoys a more fuller lip overall.

We corrected this by increasing volume to the lower lip area to ensure it was proportionally in-line with this upper lip by adding volume throughout the lower mucosal vermillion.

By adding small volume to the left and right tubercles area, helped enhance the definition so the lip wasn’t heavily flat.

Upper lip vermillion and boarder was treated to correct overall proportion.
