The reason for this is simple — this business is my full-time job, not just a side hobby. Last-minute cancellations can leave appointment gaps that are very difficult to fill in a short amount of time, especially when new clients may need consultations or patch tests beforehand.

As my business has grown, so have my responsibilities. I also have staff and ongoing business costs to cover, and I have to make sure wages, rent, products, and bills are all paid on time.

Having a cancellation policy helps protect my time, my team, and the business I’ve worked hard to build.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I’ll always try my best to be understanding where possible 🤍
