His journey began at a prestigious training academy in Spain, where he quickly rose to support the founder before moving to the UK to manage and educate teams for leading makeup brands. Juan has played a key role in the development and growth of iconic brands like Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, Charlotte Tilbury, and Floral Street. His contributions at a managerial level and through innovative training programs have left a lasting impact on the industry. As well as leading the Seventa Makeup Academy Team of artists as Director of Education, Juan is freelancing for the British Beauty Brand, Code 8 Beauty as Lead Colour Maestro, where he created the unique Colour ID Lab Experience and concept. In addition to his work with Code 8, he continues to freelance and explore the theatrical side of makeup, blending it seamlessly with natural beauty to help clients express their individuality.
