Seven years ago, May changed everything for me.

I walked away from a toxic environment that was affecting my mental health, with no real plan and nothing to fall back on. It was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made—but also the most important.

I went back to college. I rebuilt my confidence. And from scratch, I started my own business.

It wasn’t easy. There were moments of doubt, fear, and starting over more times than I can count. But I kept going.

Now, seven years later, I look back at that version of me and I’m proud I didn’t stay where I was just because it felt safe.
