I’ve literally just sat here and realised… it’s the 1st September. 😳

SEPTEMBER?!

Which means we’ve got just 3 months until the end of 2026. And no, I’m not trying to rush the year away because clearly it’s doing a perfectly good job of that all by itself. 😂

But seriously… HOW did we get here?!

Levi is about to start Year 11, his FINAL year of school 🥹
Riecey is out here working TWO jobs. 👊🏾

And me? Well at aged 52 I’m retraining myself, currently working a full-time Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice with Everyone Active… something I definitely didn’t see coming a couple of years ago. 👀

When I actually stop and think about how much has happened over the last year and a half… and even just since January… it’s A LOT. 🫣

Life has changed. I’ve changed. The boys have changed and are growing up.

Things I never expected have happened, good and bad, and somehow we’ve just kept moving through it all. 🚶🏾‍♀️

And now it’s September!!!! Like whatttttt! 😵‍💫

I genuinely feel like I blinked and we got here. 😂

Please tell me it’s not just me?!

Is anyone else sitting there thinking… how the hell are we already in September?! 😩😂

Because 2026… where are you GOING?! 😳

Nail day again 💅🏾♥️

Every 3 weeks without fail, I make time to get my nails done. Today was definitely needed because they’ve grown so much that my gel polish was starting to lift 😂

It’s funny because if you’d told me a couple of years ago that I’d have long, strong, healthy natural nails, I probably wouldn’t have believed you. My nails used to be short, dry, brittle and constantly splitting.

What I’ve learned is that consistency really does change the game.

The gummies I’ve been taking have been a part of my daily routine, but they’re not magic sweets. The real difference came from committing to myself, staying consistent with my nail care, keeping up with my appointments, and doing the little things regularly instead of expecting overnight results.

I think sometimes we underestimate what happens when we show up for ourselves day after day. The results might not come immediately, but over time they add up.

Looking at my nails now compared to where I started reminds me that small daily habits really do make a difference.

Not me sitting here looking at my nails and realising how far they’ve come 😂💅🏾♥️

I started taking these gummies back in July 2024 and honestly, within the first month I noticed a difference in my nails. They seemed healthier, stronger and were definitely growing faster than before.

Since then I’ve just been consistent. Two gummies a day, every day, and keeping up with regular nail maintenance.

Fast forward to today (8th June 2026) and this is where we’re at. Long, healthy, strong natural nails.

The funniest part is they taste so nice that I genuinely had to stop myself from treating them like sweets 😂
