Sitting for prolonged periods can be as dangerous for your health as a poor diet or lack of exercise. Scientists has shown links to increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, some cancers...the list goes on!

It cause your metabolism to shut down; producing less of the enzymes that break down fat, burning fewer calories and disrupting your blood sugar.

Hopefully it contains all the flavour without endangering your health. Give it a try and let me know how you get on.

If you've got any ideas for other dishes you'd like me to try and create a healthy version of, give me a shout and I will try my best.
