A busy week ended with a visit to the Childcare and Education Expo at Olympia on Saturday. I saw a fab presentation from Carol Murdoch of Love Outdoor Learning. Carol shared how she helps schools who have no green space to get children outside and make the most of their tarmac/concrete surfaces to integrate play and curriculum learning. It was inspiring and very much in contrast to my previous day of inspiration in the lush green spaces of Devon.
I also had good chats with SEND and Autism organisations on how we might collaborate.
Great to see Outdoor Learning thriving in all areas of the United Kingdom.
