In the realms of medicine making Mistletoe truly is an all time fav’ of mine.

This beauty wasn’t called ‘All Heal’ by the Druids & our ancestors for nothing

It has the ability to impart such a depth of the holy consciousness of life which can restore the body/mind in all ways.

I call it the super duper sparkly en-lightening medicine ~ And yes it is the medicine of the light
To nourish and help you see through the winters night.

It expresses the eternal forces of nature very readily - growing in a timeless manner, not towards the sun, & growing in all directions. Abiding by it’s own apparent seasonal growing phases, such as baring berries in the winter, and sporadically flowering any time of the year. It is truly the plant of the otherworld, of magic and the Fae.

To imbibe a few drops of mistletoe hydrosol literally feels like imbibing the ~ Spirit of Solstice.
And I don’t say that lightly.

In alchemy it is a solar plant.
In the coldest & darkest days, it’s inner solar essence strengthens & deepens, & it’s berries ripen further. It is a plant which lives between heaven & earth, for it takes root directly onto the branches of trees and not in the soil, thus absorbing an electrical charge which is of both polarities

It is bridge maker, a communicator, a hermetic messenger between the heavens & earth

Each gift comes with a beautiful apothecary tag with details of how to use; and parcels can also include personal messages if sending direct to loved ones.

All parcels are packed and wrapped with 100% recyclable materials.

Imbolc Pilgrimage
~ Uffington Horse
Sun 5th Feb
10am-5pm
✨
Our pilgrimage will commence at the foot hills of the hooves of the White Horse of Uffington. Lore states that in the galloping of this solar horse through the earth, that it released life giving springs to the area through it’s hooves digging deep into the ground.
✨
Snaking through the landscape we will descend into the valley where 7 chalk filled springs converge, in a mossy filled glen to ritually bless ourselves during time of Imbolc together. Asking these lustral waters to cleanse away the winter tide, reigniting our vision, dreams and sight for the coming of the season.
✨
Rising up through the landscape we will ascend to the fiery beacon of Dragon Hill. Lighting a lantern and welcoming in the Eternal flame of Brighid into our hearts and all hearths.
✨
Journeying higher still, we will pay a visit to the White Horse bringing our offerings of water and flame to quench his thirst and unfurl his mane; so he may awaken from his slumber in this time of rebirth.
✨
Settling further upon the crest of his hills, we will circle within the Uffington Castle for lunch and libations.
✨
From this crowning seat of the landscape, walking through the castle's western gateway to join the chalky ridgeway track, we will set out for the neolithic long barrow Wayland's Smithy. Entering here into the belly of the earth, we will reforge ourselves with sound, silence and song. To exit refreshed, renewed and reborn.
✨
Culminating atop these gate keeper stones, torches and lanterns will be lit with Brighid’s flame, to celebrate our way across the White Horse planes back home.

Stonehenge Solstice Pilgrimage

Our pilgrimage will commence around a big warm fire to herald the Solstice together, upon the banks of the Avon, by a sacred place known as the 'Stonehenge Spring’. This incredible wellspring is one of the reasons why Stonehenge came to be and is not open to the general public (on private land), granting us a one off experience. It is a place that ancient Britons worshipped and made offerings....the waters being full of many ancient artefacts some from 10,000 years ago.

Set within an enchanting glen we will make a mistletoe ceremony, bringing us into alignment with the blessings of the season with the all-healing warming essence of the golden bough..
✨
From then on we will walk the ways of the Salisbury planes visiting the kings of olde and the trees of Yule, the Yew as we rejoice in the rebirth of the sun and the coming of the new year.
✨
At Stonehenge we will watch the setting of the sun perfectly encapsulated in the doorway of the central trilithon where the sunlight pierces the altar stone within the megalithic circle of stones. Aligning our pilgrimage and prayers during this magical moment.
✨
As dusk falls by the stones, torches and lanterns will be lit with flame, to celebrate our way across the silvery planes back home.
✨
Welcomed back with a roaring hot fire and mulled mead to complete our journey of ~ the Solstice dream.
✨
✨

A pilgrimage which meets story telling, ritual, song and elixirs during the tide of Yule. Taking you on a deep and soul enrichening journey through the heart of the land ~ This will be a day to remember!
✨
Celebrating the song of winter and starry becomings. The whispering of mycelium and merry meetings….
✨
Join us on Saturday 3rd December for a day of ceremony, song and celebration as we walk the ancient pathways in honour of the earth and our ancestors. Gathering to remember, to rejoice and to sing as we come together during the beloved tide of Yule.
✨
Walking upon the chalk infused pathways of the South Downs we will meet with the ancestral Giants, that are the Long Man of Wilmington and of the Yew. Two gatekeepers of this tide, to commune and give thanks with, as we honour the closing of the year and the passing over into the fullness of winter.
✨
There will be botanical elixirs to imbibe…
Of the holly and the ivy
Two lovers of the sun and moon, and of the day and night.
✨
In a circular walk we will journey high up into the hills, with views of the glistening ocean, upon flint and chalk trodden pathways. Communing with the plants of the season. Visiting long barrows, old neolithic flint mines, secret temples to tone within. Completing our journey at the roots of an ancient, majestic and mighty Yew tree. The tree of the Eternal and the tree of Yule. As we remember, give thanks and ensoul our hearts with the spirit of Yule and of the land.
