How dry should hair feel after a perm? ➰

Because perming is a chemical process, your hair may feel slightly drier than usual but it shouldn’t feel excessively brittle, rough or unmanageable.

The right aftercare makes all the difference: gentle cleansing, plenty of conditioner, a hydrating leave in and minimal heat will help keep your new curls soft, defined and healthy looking.
