Meet Denise, one of our Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists at Physio4Life.

Denise graduated with a Master's in Physiotherapy from Keele University and treats everything from sporting injuries to spinal pain, tendon issues and post-op rehab.

Patients know her as warm, chatty and genuinely invested in getting them back to doing what they love.

Outside the clinic she's usually out running or on the badminton court, so she knows exactly what it takes to get back to sport after injury.

Ever felt a stubborn knot that just won't shift?

Trigger points form from postural habits, stress, or overworked muscles, and sports massage is one of the best ways to release them.

Sustained pressure helps the knot 'melt away', while follow-up stretching keeps it from coming back.

Combine it with a regular mobility routine for lasting results.
