We live in a world that teaches us to keep going, keep producing, and show up with the same energy every day.

🌀 But as women, we are not linear beings.

We are cyclical.

Each phase of our cycle carries its own wisdom, energy, and invitation. There are times to create and times to rest. Times to connect and times to turn inward. Times to bloom and times to soften.

When we begin to understand our cycle, we stop fighting our bodies and start listening to them.

We learn that rest is not laziness.
That slowing down is not weakness.
That our changing energy is not something to fix.

It is our nature.

The more I have learned to honor my own cycle, the more I have learned to trust myself, my body, and the natural rhythms of life.

My intention with this post is to invite you to become curious about your own rhythm and to remember that there is wisdom in every phase. 🌙✨ and also not to take life so seriously 😉 and have more fun!

Last Sunday, I held the second edition of The Rose Circle. 🌹

I had dreamed of gathering in Queen Mary’s Rose Garden, surrounded by roses in full bloom. But London had other plans. After a week of relentless rain, I had to make a decision.

So I moved it to my home / studio. Three of us gathered together.

I dream of a space filled with women, of a circle overflowing with connection and shared presence. But on that day, it was three of us.

And it was exactly the medicine my soul needed. Three women. Three hearts. Three stories meeting in the same space. I’m learning that what arrives is often exactly what is needed.

🪄 The power of 3: mind, body, and spirit. Creativity & self-expression

I’ve been walking a path that, for the first time, feels deeply true, and deeply uncertain. Moving through the fog requires bravery, trust, and a willingness to keep going even when you can’t see the full picture.

I’m learning that when something comes from the heart, you simply follow it. Even when it feels scary, even when the growth is quiet. The medicine and growth is still there.

This space is teaching me so much about myself.

And I wanted to share that part too. The part where we’re figuring it out as we go, showing up with presence, with love, and with trust in what’s unfolding.
