Five minutes after meeting Sam McCracken, we were sitting together on the wall of the iconic Trafalgar Square fountains, about to film an interview for the Bo***ir Members Club, when a complete stranger walked over and handed us this sign.

Such a small gesture, but it perfectly captured the love, joy and solidarity of Trans Pride.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Sam, and this moment was one of the highlights of my day. 🏳️‍⚧️💖

The verdict is in… it’s working! 🥹 My specialist has confirmed that after 12 weeks of CALECIM treatment, my hair has definitely started growing back. I’m beyond relieved, and I can’t wait to see what the next few months bring. 🌱

12-week CALECIM update… and it’s finally good news! ❤️

Three months ago, I began my CALECIM treatment journey with Dr Manav Bawa at Time Clinic after experiencing the worst alopecia areata I’ve ever had.

I’ve shared every stage of this journey honestly, so I’m thrilled to say that at my 12-week review we’re finally seeing encouraging signs of regrowth. 🌱

There’s still a way to go, but today I left feeling something I’ve not felt for a long time… hope.
