ILIOS was created as a space for women to slow down, switch off and receive.

A place for facial sculpting, considered skincare, aromatherapy and therapeutic touch - but also for the different seasons our bodies and skin move through.

From busy working lives to motherhood, perimenopause, menopause and beyond, our needs change.

I wanted Ilios to be somewhere women can come as they are, without having to perform, achieve or be “fixed”.
