At our Self-Esteem Club, we invited our community to put pen to paper and write a note to themselves. A moment to pause, reflect and practise a little self-kindness 🤍

What started as individual words of encouragement became something much bigger: a collective reminder of the power of kindness, connection and the things we often forget to tell ourselves.

Because sometimes, the kindest words are the ones we need to hear from ourselves ✨

Together with and we brought our first-ever Erborian Self-Esteem Club event to life, creating a space for honest conversations, shared experiences and meaningful connections 🫶

Through our ‘A Note to Self’ conversation, we explored self-esteem, self-kindness and the power of opening up about the things we don’t always say out loud.

Because sometimes, hearing someone else’s story is all it takes to feel a little less alone ✨
