Fit and Flexi

I have been training with VIERA for last 6 months and I feel healthier, stronger, faster and leaner. Since I started to train I have lost 5kg and I feel so much better for it. VIERA does all the training with me so I feel pushed all the time and it’s great to have her as training buddy, not just somebody who tells me what to do.
