☀️ With the heatwave UK is experiencing, a nurse friend reminded me of something important today:

Your body can lose up to 1–2 litres of water through sweat on a warm day without you even noticing.

Signs you may need more water:
✅ Headache
✅ Tiredness
✅ Dizziness
✅ Dry mouth

The funny thing is, she didn’t tell me exactly how many litres of water I should be drinking in this weather! 😄
