I'm Terry, and I'm commuting to work on a Stand Up Paddleboard to raise money for the RNLI

Just thinking out loud here. I've got a 4 day weekend next weekend and I was thinking about going paddle camping. Initially I thought about going through London on the regents canal; But there are 2 tunnels you're not allowed to paddle through (It may be possible to get my board towed through though), I don't want to camp anywhere in London (it's a long stretch to do in one day), and many of the locks I don't think I'd be able to get through with my wheelchair wheel contraption.

Alternatively, I could do the 26 miles from where my board is, up to Bishop Stortford. Loads of beautiful camping spots that I could set my hammock up at too

I know I'm on sketchy ground getting so close to the swans. but they know if there's any viciousness, there wont be any more food. also, definitely letting swan social services know! had no interest in letting his kids feed!

Latest version of the wheels on my board. I know it looks a bit over kill, but I am putting some more plants on it, and it will be a god send in the winter when I put xmas and Halloween decorations on it

Got wheels for the board to help me at the lock. It's a bit of a work in progress though

My old board had a slow puncture, so I had to get a new board. This looks so much more durable. It's also longer and faster, but less manoeuvrable. My next project is to add some wheels
