A little bit of everything today. Trying on deliveries I probably didn’t need, squeezing in some skincare, finally getting out of the house and somehow finding myself back home doing bedtime before I know it 🫠

And of course, Honey making sure to keep things interesting with a perfectly timed bit of baby sick 😂

Nothing particularly exciting, just the little everyday moments that make up life lately.

The Nuby RapidCool question I get asked ALL the time! 🍼🤍

Every time I share mine, I get so many questions about how I wash and sterilise it when we’re out and about or how do we make it last for more than one feed.

So I thought I’d finally show you how I’ve personally been using mine, with only water going into the RapidCool rather than prepared formula.

It’s something I’ve found really convenient, especially when we’re out and about with Honey!

Just a little note: this is my personal routine, not a recommended formula preparation tutorial. The hot-shot method doesn’t guarantee the formula powder is mixed at the recommended minimum temperature of 70°C, so please check current safe preparation guidance before trying it. 🤍

7 months old and we’re still very much on the night shift 🌙🍼

Spend a realistic night with us!

Tonight we had a slightly overtired baby who wasn’t particularly impressed with bath time, a very speedy bedtime routine for me (moisturiser and lash serum is about all I could manage 😂) and a little girl who decided she’d quite like to spend some of the night wide awake in her cot.

The funny thing is, she’s perfectly content! She’ll happily lie there chatting away to herself, but she’s definitely not always sleeping.

We’re still having a night feed around 2/3am and usually starting our mornings around 6am.

One thing I’ve learnt after four babies is that every baby is so different, and just because they can self-settle doesn’t mean they’ll automatically sleep through the night.

A slightly different afternoon in my life as a mum of four & content creator 🤍

Definitely not your average Wednesday!

Honey and I were invited by to the beautiful to celebrate a pretty exciting milestone for the brand! Their Breathing Motion Monitoring System is now UKCA marked as a medical device, following independent assessment. 👏🏼

I’ve loved and used our Nanit camera for ages, so it was really interesting to hear from the team about the technology and the science behind it all.

We also got a little glimpse into a rather dreamy postpartum experience offering support and care for both mums and their babies.

And possibly the loveliest part? We were able to leave our little ones in the care of their maternity team whilst enjoying afternoon tea downstairs, all whilst staying connected through Nanit cameras. 🥹

A very bougie afternoon, absolutely not my usual Wednesday, but such a lovely experience and one I’m really grateful to have been invited to.
