Medicetics
At the forefront of the new wave of boutique cosmetic clinics, Medicetics is doctor-led and a must-
Leading medical clinic, with expert doctors and aestheticians offering subtle and natural looking cosmetic treatments with lasting results.
The most impactful filler placements aren’t always the most obvious ones.
Temples, the preauricular area, and the chin can all have a much bigger impact on facial balance than people realise, because they support the face’s structure rather than simply filling a line.
Temple filler can help soften hollowing and create a smoother transition from the forehead into the cheek. Treating the preauricular area can restore support to the outer face and improve how the lower face and jawline sit. Chin filler can add projection and improve profile balance, and in the right patient, it can also improve the appearance of the submental area.
That’s why I prefer to assess the whole face rather than only treating the feature someone notices first.
If you’re considering filler and want a balanced result rather than something that looks obviously treated, book a consultation via the link in our bio and we’ll help you figure out the right approach for you 💌

The hands are among the first places to show signs of sun damage, and among the last places most people think to treat.
Years of UV exposure, hormonal changes and the natural thinning of the skin that comes with age all contribute to the age spots and uneven pigmentation that can make the hands look significantly older than the face.
Lumecca IPL targets the pigment in age spots directly, breaking it down so the body can clear it naturally over the following weeks.
The improvement in overall tone and clarity on the backs of the hands after a course of sessions is consistently one of the results that surprises patients most. Combined with daily SPF on the hands going forward, the results hold well over time.
If you've been investing in your face and neglecting your hands, it's worth having that conversation with us. Tap the link in bio to book a consultation 💌

Your 40s aren’t the decade to start doing more. They’re the decade to start being more strategic.
This is when changes in collagen, skin quality and facial structure can become more noticeable, but chasing each new concern individually rarely gives the most natural result.
The patients we see age beautifully are usually the ones thinking about the whole picture and investing consistently rather than waiting for something to become a problem.
If you’re not sure what your skin actually needs at this stage, DM us the word SKIN and we’ll help you make sense of it 💌

If your skin is starting to feel a little less firm, TempSure is a really gentle yet effective way to support collagen without taking time out to recover ✨️
TempSure uses radiofrequency energy to heat the deeper layers of the skin in a controlled way, helping stimulate new collagen production while tightening existing collagen and elastin fibres.
That makes it a useful option for early laxity, loss of firmness and skin that’s starting to feel a little less supported, particularly if you want a non-invasive treatment with minimal downtime.
The changes are gradual because we’re encouraging your own skin to remodel over time.
If you’re starting to notice a little softness through the face or neck and want to know whether TempSure would suit you, send us a message or book a consultation via the link in our bio and we’ll help you figure out what’s right for you 💌

After summer, we often see a combination of pigmentation, redness and changes in skin texture, and each needs to be approached differently.
Autumn gives us a great opportunity to assess what UV exposure has left behind and choose treatments that target the right skin layer.
The aim is clearer, more even, healthier-looking skin, with a plan that makes sense for you. DM us the word SKIN if you’d like help planning your post-summer reset 🔗

If thread veins are something you notice every summer, autumn is actually the time to start treating them.
Sclerotherapy is designed specifically for small thread veins on the legs. A solution is carefully injected into the affected vessels, causing them to close so the body can gradually break them down and the veins become less visible over time.
This isn’t an instant treatment. Most patients need about two to three sessions, and the area may look more bruised or noticeable at first before it improves. You’ll also need to wear compression stockings afterwards to support the healing process.
That’s exactly why autumn, winter and early spring are ideal. You can comfortably wear your compression, keep treated legs covered while they settle, and give yourself plenty of time for results to develop before shorts, dresses and summer holidays come back around.
Sclerotherapy is for suitable thread veins rather than larger varicose veins, so assessment is always the first step.
If you’d like clearer-looking legs ready for next summer, book a consultation now, and we can assess whether sclerotherapy is right for you 💌

This is the kind of result that makes a real difference to how someone feels about their skin every day.
Pigmentation, uneven tone and the kind of diffuse redness that makes the complexion look dull and unsettled, these are concerns that build up gradually and can feel impossible to shift no matter how good your skincare routine is.
For a lot of our patients, it's not about one obvious spot or patch. It's the overall clarity of the skin that feels off, and that's exactly what Lumecca IPL addresses so effectively.
By delivering precise bursts of light into the skin, IPL targets the pigment in brown spots and the haemoglobin in red and broken vessels, breaking them down so the body can clear them naturally.
What's left is skin that looks cleaner, clearer and more even in a way that's very hard to achieve with topical products alone.
If uneven tone, pigmentation or redness is something you've been trying to address for a while, it's worth having a proper conversation about whether IPL is the right approach for your skin.

Temple hollowing is one of those changes that can make the whole upper face look more tired without you immediately knowing why.
As volume reduces through the temples, the face can start to look more concave along the sides, creating shadow and making the transition between the forehead, brow, and upper cheek look less smooth.
Carefully restoring volume in this area can help:
• Soften that hollowed appearance
• Create a smoother transition through the upper face
• Support the tail of the brow
• Make the eye area look fresher and less tired
• Restore a more balanced facial contour
The key is restraint. Temple filler isn’t about creating fullness for its own sake. It’s about replacing what has been lost and improving the overall balance of the face.
If you’ve noticed more hollowing through the temples or the outer eye area looking more tired, book a consultation via the link in my bio, and we can assess whether this area would benefit from treatment 💌

Autumn is the best time of year to get serious about your skincare!
With UV levels dropping and the skin recovering from a summer of sun exposure, this is the season when the right routine makes the biggest difference.
Not a complicated one with ten steps and a drawer full of products, but a focused, evidence-based approach built around three things that help long-term skin health.
A prescription-strength retinoid, a medical-grade vitamin C serum and SPF 50 every single day. That's it.
Used consistently and in the right order, these three cover most of what the skin needs to stay in good condition through the colder months and beyond 👉🏼
If you're not sure whether your current routine is working as hard as it should, or whether the products you're using are formulated to deliver results, that's a conversation worth having with our team.

If you want to improve redness, pores, acne, and overall skin quality without taking time to recover, Laser Genesis is a useful option.
It’s a gentle laser treatment that delivers controlled heat into the skin, helping stimulate collagen while also targeting redness and vascular changes that can make skin look inflamed or uneven.
It can be particularly helpful for:
• Redness and sensitive-looking skin
• Enlarged pores
• Acne and post-acne redness
• Excess oil
• Uneven texture
• Early signs of ageing
• Skin that looks dull or tired
One of the biggest reasons patients love it is the minimal downtime. It’s a great starting point if you’re new to laser treatments, nervous about anything too aggressive, or simply want something you can fit around work and everyday life.
Results build gradually, so think clearer, calmer, smoother-looking skin over time rather than one dramatic change overnight.
If your skin is prone to redness, congestion, or just feels like it needs a reset, message us or book a consultation via the link in our bio 💌
