One session. Beautiful skin quality change ✨
This patient underwent a combination treatment with Dr Rishi, using Secret RF microneedling on the face + neck, alongside Cool Laser - designed to improve overall skin tone, texture, firmness and radiance.
What we love about this result is how much fresher, healthier and brighter the skin looks 🙏
➡️ The complexion appears more even.
➡️ The skin looks fuller and more supported - as well as tighter
➡️ There is a visible improvement in glow, clarity and overall skin quality.
This is why we often talk about treating the skin in layers 👏👏👏
RF microneedling works by delivering radiofrequency energy into the skin to stimulate collagen remodelling, helping to improve firmness, texture, skin laxity and quality over time.
Cool Laser can then support resurfacing and refinement, helping to improve tone, pigmentation, smoothness and radiance.
Together, the aim is not to change the face - but to improve the quality of the skin itself 🙏
Fresh ✅ Healthy ✅ Brighter ✅ More radiant ✅
A beautiful example of what can be achieved with a carefully planned, combination approach.

Perfection can’t be rushed ✨
A four-year lip journey - and a perfect example of why we always advocate a planned, gradual approach.
These before-and-after images show how subtle, staged tweaks can transform shape and balance without ever tipping into “overdone”. The “after” here is taken immediately post-treatment, so there’s a touch of expected swelling - but the patient is delighted with the contour, proportion and how far we’ve come over time.
Our philosophy is simple: minimal product 🤝 maximum refinement
✔️ Always respecting anatomy
✔️ Always preserving softness
✔️ Never overfilled
If you’re considering a natural lip enhancement and want a strategy that prioritises long-term beauty and safety, we’d love to guide you.

The injectable Dr Tatiana has recommended most this year? 🤔👀⬇️
𝙄𝙩’𝙨 𝙜𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚… JULAINE
JULAINE is a new poly-L-lactic acid injectable designed to stimulate collagen production within the skin - helping to improve skin quality, firmness, glow and overall radiance over time.
And the reason Dr T is recommending it to so many of her patients? 👀⬇️
Because the results are beautiful 🤩
It’s especially lovely for patients who want to improve the way their skin looks and feels, without necessarily adding volume to the face.
✅ Think better skin quality.
✅ Think glow.
✅ Think firmness.
✅ Think subtle, progressive collagen stimulation.
✅ Think fresh, healthy-looking skin - 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 looking overdone.
For patients who want to look more radiant, supported and refreshed, but still completely like themselves, JULAINE has become one of Dr Tatiana’s favourite treatment options 👏
A beautiful addition to our regenerative aesthetics toolkit 💉🩵

Filler or skin booster under the eyes - which is better? 👀🤔⬇️
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿? It depends entirely on the patient.
Press play ⏯️ to hear Dr Sepi explain more.
Under-eye concerns 𝘤𝘢𝘯 look similar… but the cause is not always the same.
For some patients, the issue is a true tear trough defect - genuine hollowness or volume loss under the eyes. In those cases, a small amount of carefully placed tear trough filler may still be the most appropriate option to restore support and soften the hollow.
But for other patients, the problem is 𝘯𝘰𝘵 volume ❌
➡️ It may be skin quality.
➡️ Crepiness.
➡️ Pigmentation.
➡️ Discolouration.
➡️ Fine lines.
➡️ Or laxity in the delicate under-eye skin.
In those cases, adding filler may not be the best solution - and a skin booster, or a treatment such as Sunekos, may be a better option to improve hydration, texture, elasticity and overall skin quality.
This is why consultation matters so much 👏👏👏
Because treating the under-eye area is 𝗻𝗼𝘁 about choosing the “trending” treatment❌
It’s about understanding what is 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 causing the concern - and choosing the safest, most natural-looking option for 𝘺𝘰𝘶 🫵
➡️ Sometimes the answer is filler.
➡️ Sometimes it’s a skin booster.
➡️ Sometimes it’s a combination over time.
➡️ And sometimes, the best treatment is a different treatment or approach entirely.
The goal is always fresher, healthier-looking eyes - never overfilled, puffy or obvious 🙏

XERF or radiofrequency microneedling - what’s the difference? 🤔⬇️
Both are incredible technologies, and both use radiofrequency energy to deliver heat into the tissues 🙏
𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.
The key difference is how the energy is delivered.
Radiofrequency microneedling uses tiny needles to deliver heat into the skin, whereas XERF delivers radiofrequency energy without needles ⚡️
The second key difference is depth.
XERF can deliver heat into the deeper layers of the facial tissues, down towards the SMAS layer - the same deeper support layer we often talk about in facial ageing and lifting.
Radiofrequency microneedling is usually delivered more superficially, typically within the dermis. We generally don’t want to go too deeply into the fat layer with RF microneedling unless we are intentionally targeting fat, because unwanted fat loss in the face can contribute to an older, more depleted appearance.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆.
Radiofrequency microneedling is 𝗳𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 for skin tightening, resurfacing and improving concerns such as texture, scars and skin quality. It can also be useful when we want to target small, specific fat pads - for example under the chin, around the jowls or, in selected cases, under the eyes.
XERF, on the other hand, does not reduce the fat layer. It works on tightening the skin while also supporting a deeper lift and repositioning of the tissues.
✅ So 𝘆𝗲𝘀, they both use radiofrequency.
❌ But 𝗻𝗼, they are not the same treatment.
➡️ Different technologies.
➡️ Different depths.
➡️ Different indications.
➡️ Often beautifully complementary.

Can we treat pores? 👃✨
We get questions about pores 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 in clinic… and the 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐞𝐬, 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦
These before and after images were taken just 10 days pre & post treatment at Drs Tatiana + Rishi Advanced Aesthetics - and the improvement in the appearance of the nasal pores is already so noticeable 👏👏👏
This patient’s main concern was prominent pores on her nose that had remained despite six previous CO₂ laser treatments at another clinic.
In this case, we chose a fully ablative Cool Laser (Er:YAG) approach to the nose in order to target the area more precisely ⚡️👃
Why Er:YAG can be such a useful option for certain pore concerns:
⚡️ It offers very precise ablation with minimal thermal spread, allowing controlled resurfacing of the pore-dense nasal skin
⚡️ By resurfacing the surface and stimulating new collagen formation during healing, it can help the skin appear smoother, tighter and more refined over time
⚡️ Improvement can often be seen relatively early, but the result will continue to evolve over the coming weeks and months as collagen remodelling continues
An important reminder: pores are completely normal, and they cannot be “erased” - but with the right technology, the right settings, and the right patient selection, they can often be improved significantly if they’re something that bothers you.

Your hottest XERF questions, debunked 🔥
“Can XERF help with Ozempic face?”
This is such a topical question - and yes, XERF can be a fantastic option for patients who are noticing facial laxity or premature ageing after significant weight loss! Press play to hear Dr Tatiana explain more 👩🏼⚕️⏯️
Rapid weight loss, including weight loss associated with medications, can sometimes lead to a shift in facial volume and structure. The face may start to look more hollow, gaunt or less supported, and the skin can appear looser as the underlying tissues change.
This is where XERF can be really useful 👏👏👏
XERF works by delivering radiofrequency energy to help tighten the overlying skin and support the deeper tissues - helping to improve facial contours, firmness and the appearance of laxity 🙌⚡️
It can be particularly helpful for patients who feel their face has started to “drop” or look less supported after losing weight over a relatively short period of time.
The goal is not to overfill or change the face ❌
It is to help restore support, tighten the skin and improve definition in a natural-looking way ✅
So yes - for the right patient, XERF can be a brilliant treatment option after significant weight loss! 👏🙌⚡️
