You can tell us what you want — but our job isn’t just to agree with you or sell you the treatment you walked in asking for.
Our job is to have the knowledge and experience to tell you what’s achievable, what’s suitable for you, and sometimes… what you actually don’t need.
Take laser hair removal. You might need 8 sessions and then occasional spot treatments. You shouldn’t be sold package after package forever because it makes another sale. And if you were never really suitable for laser in the first place? You deserve to be told that too.
And here’s something we’ll happily admit…
Did we know four years ago, when we bought our first machine, what we know now? Absolutely not.
Because buying a machine and completing manufacturer training doesn’t suddenly give you years of experience.
You learn skin. You learn hair. You learn settings. You learn how different people respond. You invest in education. You question things. You see thousands of real-life treatment outcomes — and that experience matters.
So yes, we’ll listen to what you want.
But we’ll also be honest about what we can realistically achieve and whether we think a treatment is right for you.
No treatment for treatment’s sake.

I told a client today that I stank and needed a shower.
That I had OCD and couldn’t cope today cos I accidentally forgot my meds three days ago so just decided I’m better 😂 (never met her before)
I also told a client that I still have crystals in my bra because I haven’t taken them out since we opened… and now I’m too scared to remove them because I’m convinced they’re part of the amazing start we’ve had. 😂😭
So when a client told me today that she was so nervous to walk through our doors, it genuinely made me sad.
Because behind these doors isn’t scary or intimidating.
It’s just us — probably talking absolute rubbish, laughing, oversharing and waiting to welcome you with a big smile and a carry-on. 😂
