Even after working with the best in the world, I still get imposter syndrome... 😶🌫️
I’ve worked with international rugby teams, world-class tennis players, and Olympic track and field athletes. They recommend me to others, leave fantastic reviews, and keep coming back. I’m even running a successful clinic in the heart of Loughborough.
So why do I still feel like a fraud sometimes?
A lot of therapists feel the exact same way. We see others achieving what we’ve only dreamt about, hear about their credentials, and wonder if we should be doing more or if we're "experienced enough" to be where we are. But we rarely know their full story, and are quick to compare ourselves...
Luckily at our clinic, our team talks open-heartedly. We ground each other with reassurance, lift each other up, and learn together so we can keep delivering the top-quality care our clients deserve.
We believe community and communication are cornerstones of health—both for practitioners and the patients we treat. It’s okay to feel a bit lost sometimes, but you don't have to navigate it alone. 🙏
Drop a comment below if you’ve ever felt like an imposter - how do you handle it?

We've had the pleasure of supporting Owen Heard and Izzy Fry in the lead up to this years Commonwealth Games in Glasgow! They were specifically chosen for our TOP Athlete Support programme to help them with the tough England selection process and to get them ready to perform to the best of their ability 💙💚
We wish them and all our other clients past and present who will be in Glasgow the best of luck and look forward to seeing them compete next week! 🔥🔥

We failed our social media 💀
Posting has become stressful... pressure from seeing others trying to build a following distracted us from making content for our already incredible community of followers and clients. And all we see about utilising social media is to POST ALL THE TIME! So we took a break...
I (Alex) run this account mostly by myself with the help of Sam Miller / Sam Miller. Alongside managing the new clinic and therapists, looking after my own clients, and trying to keep my home life balanced, I struggle to find the time to post let alone make content. And there are so many cool ideas I'd love to share 😩
I'm hoping we can get the ball rolling again, maybe a little slower, to share some fun, helpful and informative content (with a bit of help from AI 🤏).
Let us know if you've liked the content so far or would like to see anything different!
Rumour is Mobility Mike is back in town...
💚💙

📚 Study & Work Hard, De-stress Harder 🧠
If you’ve been hunched over a laptop at 2 AM, your neck and shoulders are probably paying the price. Getting professional treatment during deadlines isn’t just a luxury—it’s a massive productivity hack!
Why Treatment Changes the Game:
• Reduces Tension Headaches: Releasing tight muscles at the base of your skull helps clear mental fog 🌫️
• Lowers Cortisol: It flips the switch on your stress response so you can actually focus 🎯
• Boosts Circulation: It keeps you switched on without needing that fourth cup of coffee ☕
🕒 DIY Habits Between Desk Sessions:
• The 20-20-20 Rule: Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reset your eyes and posture.
• Chin Tucks: Pull your chin straight back (like making a double chin) and hold for 5 seconds to relieve neck strain.
• Hydrate: Your spinal disks need water to stay cushioned and pain-free.
Quick check while you’re scrolling: Drop your shoulders away from your ears. Unclench your jaw. Take a breath.
Don’t let physical pain tank your mental gains. Book a session to reset your body and finish the week strong! 🔗 Link in bio.

To help us keep things running smoothly and ensure we can get everyone the care they need, just a gentle reminder about our 24-hour cancellation policy.
Why do we have this?
When you book an appointment, our therapists reserve their time just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, giving us at least 24 hours’ notice allows us to offer that opening to another patient who might be on our waiting list or dealing with pain.
🕒 Notice required: 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
📲 How to let us know: Contact the therapist leading your appointment. Their contact details can be found on our Website’s Therapists Page (link in our bio! 🔗).
⚠️ Late cancellations/No-shows: May be subject to a “Late Cancellation Fee” to cover the costs of the therapist’s time and lost income.
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping our community stay healthy and moving! 💪✨

Medium or Well-Done? 🥵🔥
That’s the official scale for todays 30°C heatwave. Unfortunately the UK suddenly forgets how to function because it’s sunny...
While it looks nice to just sit out and sizzle, nobody actually wants the sunburn or the heatstroke.
So whether you are at the Stratford Diamond League 💎 or just running errands, here is your reminder to:
💧 Hydrate like it’s your job. (Water is good, electrolytes are better).
🕶️ Seek out the shade. Take breaks from the direct glare.
🧴 Slather on the SPF. Don’t let the sun cook you for real.
Stay safe out there, check in on vulnerable neighbours and keep your pets cool.
Let us know if you’re melting or have invested in an AC!
