💧 Stay well hydrated – drink plenty of water throughout the day.
🍽️ Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before your treatment.
👕 Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
🚫 Try to avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand.
🕒 Arrive relaxed and on time so you can enjoy the full benefits.

After your appointment:

🚶‍♀️ A gentle walk can help encourage lymph flow.
🥗 Eat nourishing, balanced meals and reduce salty or highly processed foods if possible.
🚫 Avoid alcohol for the rest of the day.
🛁 Skip very hot baths, saunas and intense exercise for 24 hours.
😴 Rest if you feel tired – your body is working hard behind the scenes.
