Step away from the busyness of everyday life and allow yourself to rest in the calming vibrations of sound. This gentle, immersive session is designed to help you relax, quiet your mind, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and deeply relaxed.

Whether it’s your first sound bath or you’ve joined me before, you’re warmly welcome. Simply come as you are and allow yourself the space to unwind.

Please note: This session is not suitable for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with auditory epilepsy, or anyone with a pacemaker.

Spaces are limited, so if you’d love to join me, I’d recommend booking in advance.
