💙 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 A little Club Day update…

We’re so disappointed to say that, unfortunately, we won’t be having our free water stand outside Studio 29 for this year’s St Anne’s Club Day Parade.

For anyone who’s ever wondered why we do it, it was never about promoting the salon. We simply love Club Day. Watching the whole town come together is something our family looks forward to every year, and after seeing so many people reaching our end of the route looking hot and ready for a drink, we thought we’d do something small to help.

Seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces as they grab a bottle of water has become one of our favourite Club Day traditions. It’s also something our family from Manchester love coming up to experience with us, as they don’t have anything quite like it where they’re from. It’s such a special day that really shows what a wonderful community St Anne’s has.

Sadly, this year things are a little different. We’ve only just returned from holiday, I’m heavily pregnant, and my family aren’t able to make it over to help. As much as I’d love to carry on the tradition, I just don’t have the extra pairs of hands needed to lift, organise and hand out hundreds of bottles of water safely this year.

We’re absolutely gutted to be missing it, but we’ll still be there cheering everyone on from outside Mavericks Barbershop instead. 👋 If you’re taking part in the parade or coming along to watch, please give us a wave as you pass!

We hope everyone has an amazing Club Day, enjoys the sunshine, stays safe and hydrated, and we can’t wait to hopefully bring our little water stand back next year. ❤️

She also works a few days a week at our neighbouring allies Mavricks Barbershop, where she cuts men’s hair and tailors her skills to a completely different clientele — showcasing just how versatile and talented she really is. Whether you’re visiting Studio 29 or Mavricks, you’re in expert hands 🤍
