After a busy weekend supporting my daughter at the World Powerlifting Championships, today is all about resting and recharging.

And I still can’t quite believe I’m saying this…

🏆 MY DAUGHTER IS A WORLD CHAMPION! 🥹🤎

So incredibly proud of her and everything she’s achieved.

Today I’m taking a little time to breathe, enjoy the moment and recover.
