This skincare routine is perfect for our clients who do not have loads of time in the morning and during the evening!

I started off with the first cleanse, which breaks down any makeup, sunscreen and oils on your skin.

Then I double cleansed to remove any residue from the first cleanser, this will also clean inside the pores. This step can also lightly exfoliate your skin if you are using an AHA based cleanser. I used Glycolic Acid, which will help brighten my skin complexion, increase cell turnover smoothly, which in return will improve skin texture, tone and radiance.

The 3rd step is exfoliating. This will remove any dead skin cells which will help to unclog your pores, help towards brightening and provide you with a smoother complexion over time. By removing that barrier of dead skin cells, this will allow product absorption to pe*****te deeper into your skin, providing you with better skin results. This means that you will gain maximum benefits from both your skincare routine at home and from your advanced skincare treatments with us.

I also used a niacinamide to strengthen my skin barrier, which helps to lock in moisture. This step is amazing for anyone who is skin sensitive or has acne, as it eases redness, calms inflammation and hydrates.

The second last step, is using a moisturiser, as a moisturiser holds water in your skin's outer layer and acts as a protective shield against environmental damage. It mimics your skin's natural oils to keep the surface soft, smooth, and flexible.

Lastly, I used SPF50 (forgot to film this part!) and this will protect the skin against environmental factors, such as pollution, UV rays and blue light! All this will prevent premature ageing, fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage and pigmentation.

This is THE BEST anti-ageing skincare product you will ever use! Using SPF 50, will protect your skin against UV rays whether it's sunny or cloudy, pigmentation, sun damage and premature ageing!

You should always apply your SPF 50 around 20-30 minutes prior to leaving your home to make sure the SPF gets time to protect your skin by activating!
