I absolutely loved spending yesterday morning holding a gong and sound bath as part of my ongoing case studies. ✨

It was such a lovely morning with a beautiful group of people, and I’m so grateful to everyone who came along, relaxed into the experience and shared their thoughts afterwards.

I was so pleased with the lovely comments and feedback I received, and I’m really excited to continue working through my case studies with gong, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal sound bowls and full sound baths.

I absolutely love creating beautiful, restful and relaxing spaces for people through sound therapy, and I’m really looking forward to bringing this together with lots of other therapies and therapists over the coming months as part of future retreat days.

There are lots of exciting things ahead.

Keep an eye on the page for upcoming participant call-outs if you’d like to take part in one of my case studies. 🤍

Exciting times ahead… watch this space. ✨

What a little legend! 🏁💙

Oscar is just 9 years old, a fearless very talented speedway rider, and without doubt one of the coolest little boys we’ve had the pleasure of meeting at the clinic.

After breaking his femur while racing in Scotland and having a plate fitted, Oscar has been coming in for HBOT to support his recovery, help with inflammation and discomfort, and give his body that extra boost while his bone heals.

And honestly… he has taken it all completely in his stride.

Always smiling, super relaxed in the chamber, and full of confidence — like it’s no big deal at all! 😄

He really is one tough little dude, and we’ve loved seeing his determination and positive attitude throughout.

Wishing you a speedy recovery, Oscar — heal fast, cool dude! 💪✨

We can’t wait to see you back doing what you love.
