🤍 A little life update..

Many of you already know, but Ashley and I are so excited to share that we’re expecting our baby in November.

The Secret Escape has been such a huge part of my life over the years, and I’m incredibly grateful to be able to share this chapter with so many wonderful clients who have supported me along the way.

As we prepare to welcome our little one, I’ll be starting maternity leave from 1st November and will gradually be reducing my hours and availability over the coming months.

If you’re considering Permanent Makeup, any new PMU treatments will need to be booked during August and September to allow time for perfecting sessions before I finish work. Colour boost appointments will be available until I finish, subject to availability.

Thank you for your support, kindness and loyalty…not just throughout this pregnancy, but throughout the journey of building The Secret Escape. I feel incredibly lucky to have such wonderful clients and can’t wait to begin this next chapter as a family of three.

On this perfect autumn day, I sat in the cabin doing my nails for my wedding..surreal really! I’m officially off for a week because… I’m marrying my best friend! 🥹❤️

I’ve been very quiet on socials recently.. in all honesty I don’t feel like I’ve had the mental capacity for it, I swerve any admin at the best of times 😂

This year is a mega busy one, I have been working solidly 6 days a week for the first half of this year. Summer is crazy as you all know but From August I will be taking some Monday day times off and have more annual leave than normal (I’m a little devil I know) so please try and be as organised as possible with your appointments!

Lip blush Journey -

1. Before - the aim of this lip blush was to restore shape and keep colour as close to natural lips as possible.

2. Immediately after - lips feel bold and there is slight swelling.. this settles in the next 24h.

3. During the healing phase lips dry out and start to flake, you are given cream to pop on when required to help with this. The colour fades up to 50-60%

4. Healed after one session, beautiful even coverage and subtle pink colour which matches clients own lips, filling in any pale areas and creating a fuller lip/vermilion boarder.

Lip blush is a two part treatment, the second treatment is needed to ensure a there is a nice even saturation and depth of colour.
