I’m still on such a high from this weekend. It really was an amazing experience.

I honestly never thought something like this would be in the cards for me, especially with everything we had going on last year, so to achieve a free ticket to TropicFest felt incredibly special.

A two day all inclusive festival with guests like Gok Wan, Diversity, Ministry of Sound Classical, Musical Brunch and Alison Hammond, it really was something else.

It wasn’t just about the entertainment either. We also got to take part in so many mindful and wellness activities, from wild swimming in the lake and a cold plunge, to soaking in the hot tub with our teammates and joining a mass breathwork workshop. There was even the beautiful Gone Too Soon installation, where people could share photos of loved ones lost too soon, we found our photo of Dad in the cherry blossom.

Amy and I even got to meet Susie Ma and Carlton, the owner and managing director of Tropic. They were both absolutely lovely and took the time to speak with us properly. We had such a gorgeous chat and of course a few cheeky selfies too.

I’d really hit rock bottom a few months ago. My mental health had taken a severe battering and this weekend felt like such a tonic. It was the perfect mix of fun, connection and time to recharge.

I laughed, stepped outside my comfort zone, made some beautiful memories and spent precious time with people who started out as teammates but who I can honestly now call friends.

Sharing it all with my sister and best friend Amy made it even more special.

OMG… what a weekend! 🤩💚

I’ve just got home from the most incredible weekend at TropicFest, and my heart is so full.

We packed so much in! We went wild swimming, took part in a breathwork workshop, and even got into an ice bath (which, in that heat, was honestly AMAZING! 🥶☀️).

We also got dressed up for the evening celebrations and had the chance to meet Tropic’s founder, Susie Ma! 💚 The best part? She actually asked me a pregnancy/midwifery question! So… does that officially mean I can now say I’m an independent midwife to the rich and famous?! 😂👶

We're running on about 8 hours of sleep across 3 days, but every single minute was worth it.

What made it even more special was sharing the whole experience with my sister Amy. We both earned our tickets, and making these memories together is something I’ll never forget. ❤️

Weekends like this remind me why I took the leap into this business. Thank you to every single person who supports me, shops with me, hosts, recommends me, or simply cheers me on. Because of you, I get to experience opportunities like this that I never imagined would be possible.

Thank you for helping make weekends like this a reality. I appreciate every one of you more than you’ll ever know. 💚✨
