Putting my new skills to the test with my first experience ‘K Taping’ my own client to help encourage lymphatic drainage until our next massage ❤️‍🩹

💫What is K Taping?

Lymphatic K Taping is a gentle taping technique used to help move excess fluid and reduce swelling in the body. The stretchy tape slightly lifts the skin, helping improve lymphatic flow and circulation.
